The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) chose Total Health as it's official North American partner to expand access of the latest developments in the management of cancer, hosting three hybrid educational conferences in Florida, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. 

To promote this landmark collaboration and events, I lead the marketing team in the development of a multi-channel strategy to spread awareness and drive registration.

Marketing Strategies

  • Developed SEO optimized landing pages that communicated the benefits of attending

  • Partnered with a PR agency to maximize impact of announcement with press releases and media engagement

  • Wrote, designed, and launched highly-targeted email campaigns to engage our audience, moving clinicians down the funnel from subscriber to attendee

  • Created printed promotional materials that spoke to the needs of the audience for institutional and educational partners to post and share onsite

  • Engaged key thought-leaders on social media with real-time insights and debate using #ESMOUSA

  • Leveraged conference content to create YouTube videos and blog posts to establish brand loyalty and continued engagement
